Abdülkadir ATALIK was born in Düzce on October 20, 1960. He was educated at Elazığ Atatürk High School and graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law on 1982. He had post-graduate diploma on “Public Order” from Leichester University in England. He worked as District Governor in Darende, Kemah, Uludere, Güçlükonak and Boğazlıyan and assumed as Head of Education Department and President of Personnel Department at Ministry of Interior. He was appointed as President of Personnel Department and Deputy Secretary General of State Planning Organization; Undersecretary of Ministry of Health and Governor of Çanakkale. On March 03, 2011, he was elected as a member of Council of State by President of Republic of Turkey and on July 12, 2018 as Chief Prosecutor by General Assembly of Council of State. Mr. ATALIK can speak English and is married with four children.
